Seeking Caregivers

Are you a dedicated, intelligent, enthusiastic, and caring animal lover? We are currently seeking exceptional pet caregivers (pet sitters and dog walkers) who are extremely honest, reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented with a high regard for customer service and commitment to excellence!

At Perpetual Love Pet Sitting, our clients (human and furry) ARE family. We provide the highest level of service, integrity, and trust when caring for their pets and home, so that they can enjoy unwavering peace of mind while away. Qualified candidates must be willing to go above and beyond typical job tasks, and possess the flexibility and desire to ultimately do what is best for our clients. A portion of your time will be spent cleaning, grooming, and/or providing critical services such as administering medication (orally, topical, injections, etc.) or arming elaborate alarm systems. Our goal at Perpetual Love Pet Sitting is for our clients to return home to happier pets and a cleaner home than what they left.

Position Requirements

  • MUST LOVE ANIMALS and be comfortable with all aspects of caring for them.
  • Must have a smartphone with texting, picture, and internet capabilities.
  • Must have a GPS (global positioning system).
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and own reliable, insured, and registered transportation.
  • Must enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have the highest level of character and integrity.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be willing to get Pet CPR and First Aid certified within 90 days of employment.
  • Must offer 3 viable references (name, phone #, and email address).
  • 5 years pet care experience as an adult preferred.
  • Willingness to commit to a long term position in pet care.

Other Details

  • Hours: Monday – Sunday 6am–10pm (possible overnights if opting in).
  • This is a part-time contract position.
  • Age 21 or older preferred.
